When rumors spread that Pam Bondi was considering having a “seasoned”
bureaucrat lead the ATF, GOA members like YOU bombarded President Trump with
nonstop letters demanding a pro-gun ATF Director.





We are pleased to report that President Trump’s pro-2A FBI Director, Kash
Patel, has been put in charge of the ATF.


And when rabidly anti-gun Senators call Kash “evil,” you can rest assured he’s
going to do the Lord’s work and defend our God-given rights.


Best of all, major media outlets are recognizing the role GOA (truly, members
like YOU) played in this monumental occasion.


But the fight’s just getting started. We need you to speak up once again and
tell Kash exactly what needs to be done with the ATF by completing GOA’s Plan
of Action Survey right away.

There’s no question: Kash’s mission MUST be to ABOLISH the ATF. Period.


However, as leading pro-2A voices like Brandon Herrea have argued, we also
have to be smart abouthow we abolish the ATF – lest we simply see gun control
handed off to another agency.


It would be downright dangerous to abolish the ATF without also REPEALING ALL
of the unconstitutional gun control laws that they enforce.


Otherwise, other bigger, better funded government agencies will simply step in
and start enforcing all the unconstitutional gun control that’s already on the
books!


In addition, we need assurance that the ATF’s illegal gun registry – along
with any records of it – has been completely destroyed.


Let’s not forget that the public only found out about the ATF’s illegal
registry of nearly 1 BILLION records thanks to a chain of deep-dive
investigations that first began with an internal ATF memo obtained by Gun
Owners of America!


God only knows what else the ATF has been doing without our knowledge to
infringe upon your Second Amendment rights.


That’s why it’s also critical that Kash Patel launch a full audit and
investigation of the ATF and hold ALL guilty parties accountable for trampling
the Constitution, providing a powerful deterrent for any future bureaucrat who
thinks about going after the Second Amendment.


This is our chance to protect gun rights for generations to come. We quite
literally may NEVER get another opportunity like this, John.


That is why it’s truly more important than ever for gun owners like you to
