John,

I want to take a moment to share a little bit about my journey with you — because at the heart of everything I do is a deep commitment to service.

But before I dive in, my campaign is facing an important fundraising deadline this Friday. We need to hit our end-of-month goal to stay on track, and I’d be grateful if you could pitch in today.

Growing up in Tempe, my family — like so many others — had its fair share of struggles. We faced financial uncertainty, and at times, we had to rely on food assistance and support from our church to make ends meet.

My parents worked hard to provide for me and my twin sister, and we were lucky to have a community that stepped up when we needed it most. That experience shaped who I am today. It taught me the power of public service, genuine caring for your neighbors, and the importance of giving back.

That’s why I started volunteering at my church, then became a social worker, and helped run one of the largest domestic violence shelters in the country. I saw firsthand how families were struggling — not because they weren’t working hard, but because the system wasn’t working for them.

That's what led me to run for office. I refused to accept that so many Arizonans had to fight just to get by while politicians ignored their struggles. So I ran, and I haven’t lost an election since.

Now, as Arizona’s 24th Governor, I’m fighting to make sure no family is left behind. I’m working to lower the cost of housing and healthcare, expand opportunities for working families, and ensure every Arizonan can thrive.

But I can’t do this alone. Extreme Republicans are working to unseat me and block our progress at every turn, and I need your help. Can you chip in today? Every contribution — no matter the amount — makes a huge difference.

Thank you for taking the time to read my story today. I’m so grateful to have you by my side in this fight.
