We just wrapped up our largest Principles First Summit yet. Our supporters’ presence, engagement, and commitment to principled leadership made this event truly special and has drawn more Americans into our ranks.

This weekend, we gathered more than 1,000 Americans from 44 states for a weekend of thoughtful remarks, panel discussions and community-building. We heard from Mark Cuban, Chris Christie, Jared Polis, and dozens of other speakers.

And we also seem to have ruffled some feathers. On the second day of the Summit, someone made a credible bomb threat against the venue, causing us to temporarily pause our programming which you can read more about here. But our people came back undeterred and we finished the Summit as planned.

That’s what it means to truly live your principles.

In 2019, Principles First was just an idea. Now, it’s a movement.

After this weekend it is abundantly clear: populists obsessed with cult personalities over human decency are threatened by our mission to defend the Constitution, uphold the rule of law, and ensure America's leadership reflects our values. 

The success of this Summit put Principles First on the map in a big way – and it's time to take the next step and scale our efforts across the country.
