WMC Indefinitely Suspends Pierce County Physician 

OLYMPIA, WA – The Washington Medical Commission (WMC) indefinitely suspended the license of Benigno W. A. Dagan, MD (Lic. #00036169) after he failed to respond to a statement of charges.

In the statement of charges, the WMC alleged that Dagan provided negligent care to a patient. Dagan has the right to a hearing to lift the suspension of his license.
