Taxpayer,
Last night, I had a nightmare that my own fur baby, Ulysses, was stolen from me, boiled alive, and sold as cheap dog meat at a Wuhan-style ‘wet market’ in China.
It was awful.
And it’s probably because I’ve had to sift through the most horrific, gut-wrenching photos of puppies and kittens being tortured in China’s dangerous and cruel markets (I promise to spare you the worst of them.)
Taxpayer, the fact that our government was actually helping these butchers stay in business with OUR tax money makes me SICK.
Delilah’s Law will ensure you’ll never be a customer at a wet market, EVER again.
That’s why it’s so important we run a campaign that can actually win … but we’re still $19,398 under-budget, and our deadline is in 72 HOURS.
Trust me: this type of deficit could cost us everything. I’ve seen it before. Will you please rush your most generous gift to help us close the gap?
Taxpayer, the more I learn about China’s disgusting wet markets, the more I cry for these animals.
But in the 6 weeks I’ve worked here at White Coat Waste Project, I’ve also learned that saving them doesn’t have to remain a dream.
Delilahs Law is the key. Please send as much as you can to make it a reality.
