NRDC and our partners just filed the first environmental lawsuit against the Trump administration. Trump’s executive order erasing permanent protections for our oceans is illegal—and we’re headed to court to fight back.

On day one, Trump erased protections for 625 million acres of ocean, opening them up to Big Oil drilling. If we don’t stop him, fragile marine ecosystems, endangered species, and coastal communities will suffer the consequences.
