Inside, you’ll find powerful stories of local victories and ongoing battles. In a year with record public support of unions, we stood alongside workers demanding dignity, fair treatment, and a voice in the economy. Nationally and locally, we secured major victories, from leveraging federal funds for climate infrastructure projects in multiple states, to formalizing our partnership with Clark Atlanta University towards the launch of the Labor Institute for Advancing Black Strategists.  

Now, as we face escalating threats to our jobs, economy, and democracy, Jobs With Justice is doubling down on its efforts to expand the power of working people everywhere. We look forward to continuing this critical work alongside you in 2025 and beyond.
