NPR and PBS are non-profit, public-supported news sources that reach tens of millions of Americans each week. They are some of the most trusted, unbiased sources for news, educational content, and arts programming on TV and radio.

In many rural communities in Texas and across the nation—as local newspapers and TV stations have shut their doors—public broadcasting is the only reliable source of local news and information.

Friend, Donald Trump and Elon Musk are hellbent on attacking the free press and the First Amendment.

They’ve already banned the Associated Press from the White House briefing room and traveling press pool. Now, they want to defund some of America’s most trusted news and entertainment sources.
