Welcome to the LGBTQ Victory Institute family! Thanks so much for joining our mailing list, it's a pleasure to e-meet you. I'm Ruben Gonzales, the Vice President here at LGBTQ Victory Institute.

Victory Institute, where I’ve proudly worked for over three years, is the only national organization dedicated to elevating openly LGBTQ leaders who can further equality at all levels of government. My team and I work incredibly hard to ensure LGBTQ leaders – no matter where they’re located – have the training and connections they need to succeed in politics.

Chances are, if there's an LGBTQ elected in your area, they attended one of our programs. Consider us a one-stop shop and resource for all LGBTQ leaders, no matter where in the world they live. We operate domestic and international candidate trainings, professional development opportunities and host a yearly conference (the International LGBTQ Leaders Conference) for LGBTQ elected officials.
