Aloha Fellow Republicans,
I am writing to inform you of the urgent need to take action against HB1118 and HB1115, two dangerous bills that threaten our parental rights, religious freedoms, and medical choices. Unfortunately, both bills passed the first committee today and will now move to the floor for a second reading before heading to their next committee. Representative Diamond Garcia has confirmed this, and we must act to stop these bills before they go any further.
** The Hypocrisy of HB1118 & HB1115

Democrats have long championed the phrase “My body, my choice.” But where is that principle now when it comes to medical freedom? These bills expose the hypocrisy of their so-called commitment to bodily autonomy. When it suits their agenda, they defend the right to choose—but when it comes to your right to refuse a vaccine, suddenly choice doesn’t matter anymore. We must call this out and fight back!
** What’s at Stake?

HB1118:
Eliminates religious and personal exemptions for vaccines, stripping away parental rights and forcing medical decisions upon children.
Violates the U.S. Constitution, including the First Amendment (religious freedom), Fourteenth Amendment(due process), and Ninth Amendment (medical autonomy).
Removes accountability for vaccine-related injuries, meaning the government, pharmaceutical companies, and the Department of Health will not be held responsible for harm caused by mandated vaccines.
HB1115:
Creates a Universal Immunization Funding Program that forces our taxpayer dollars to pay for government-controlled vaccine distribution.
Grants legal immunity to those administering vaccines, removing any recourse for those injured by these shots.
Expands government control over medical decisions, opening the door to future mandates and forced medical procedures.
** We Must Act Now – Get Proactive!

These bills are not just about vaccines—they are about government control and stripping away constitutional freedoms. We cannot leave this fight to a select few. We need everyone to take action to expose the dangers of these bills and put pressure on lawmakers to reject them.
Here’s what you can do:
Read the Bills! – Go beyond the headlines and see what’s hidden inside. These bills contain hidden agendas, and we need to expose them.
Look at Who’s Behind These Bills! – Research the authors of these bills and who funds them. This will reveal the special interests behind these dangerous policies.
Submit Testimony! – Even if you can’t testify in person or via Zoom, submit written testimony to make your voice heard. Every submission adds to the record and puts pressure on legislators.
Share This Information! – Talk to your friends, family, and neighbors. Educate them about what’s happening and encourage them to take action.
Contact Your Representatives! – Demand that they vote NO on HB1118 and HB1115 or any other bill that violates the people, their well being and our constitution. Let them know that the people of Hawaii will not tolerate government overreach!
** We Must Unite & Expose the Hypocrisy

We cannot afford to be passive. The time to fight back is NOW. Bills like these must not move forward, and we need to stand together to protect our rights and our future.
Let’s send a clear message: Hawaii is NOT China, and we will not accept government-forced medical procedures or taxpayer-funded vaccine mandates!
