Nursing care for seniors and children with disabilities or tax breaks for billionaires and big corporations? We know that ALL of us deserve quality care for our loved ones, a safe place to call home and good schools.

But Donald Trump, Elon Musk and Republican leaders in Congress are proposing a federal budget that would gut Medicaid/Medi-Cal, putting millions of Californians—seniors, working families, and people with disabilities and long term illnesses—at risk. All in order to pay for some of the biggest tax breaks and handouts in history for billionaires and big corporations.

We are not going to stand for it. If you agree that we need to protect our healthcare from Musk and Trump, then join thousands of other Californians to take action.

Many of us already struggle to make ends meet. As the largest source of health coverage, the proposals to gut these programs are reckless and endanger lives. More than 80 million Americans, including 1 in 3 Californians, use these programs to access essential long term, life saving care for their elderly and disabled relatives and healthcare for their young children.

These attacks are not empty threats. Trump and Musk have already illegally fired thousands of healthcare workers along with other federal workers who perform essential services in an effort to dismantle our federal government.

We need to FLOOD their phones and inboxes and make sure our Congressional representatives hear us loud and clear – Healthcare not handouts for billionaires!

• No cuts to Medicaid/Medi-Cal or SNAP/CalFresh – These programs are lifelines. Cutting them will cost lives.

• No cuts to education – Our children deserve better, not less.

• No more funding for deportation – Stop using taxpayer dollars to separate families and terrorize communities.

• No tax breaks for the rich – Don’t steal from our healthcare to fund handouts for big corporations and the richest Americans.

Tell your representative to oppose these reckless cuts and protect our healthcare. Protect the lives of 15 million Californians who could lose access to healthcare.
