Update Your Contact Information During COVID-19 and Beyond
Do clients know how to reach you these days? We have an easy way to update and publish your latest contact information, business hours, and more. The Immigration Advocates Directory features over 1,000 nonprofit legal service providers. This past year alone, we had nearly 620,000 visits to the directory.
We recently sent our annual reminders and links, to update your organization's listing. When you or a colleague receive the reminder, please use the link to: - Review the organization's profile for accuracy.
- Edit and update the information. You can also change your organization's contact information during COVID, and update the information again when your normal office operations resume.
- Alternatively, find the field for "Other Contact Methods," and write in "Phone or online intake / services available." (or similar)
- If you have no changes, select "No Changes" on the update form. Then we will know your profile is still accurate.
To update the form anytime, go to your organization's listing, and use the link at the bottom of the page to "report any corrections to this organization's information." We will review and verify your changes.
Changes at the Immigration Advocates Network
We welcome new staff, and say goodbye to a couple of wonderful colleagues - - We are pleased to welcome Jonathan Garcia and America Morales. Jonathan has joined us part-time to help our Citizenshipworks users. America will be working with Citizenshipworks partners, to provide training and support.
- Many thanks and best wishes to Dom Hussain, the Pro Bono Net Remote Legal Support (RLS) project VISTA. Dom was key to creating our RLS manual, published in March and downloaded more than 3,000 times! Before leaving us, Dom will help train Jillian Jin, our new VISTA for the RLS project.
- Finally, we wish the best to Connie Cheng, our Citizenshipworks Field Support Associate, who is leaving us to prepare for law school in the fall. Good luck Connie and thank-you for being a terrific colleague!
