I’ve heard from many of you about your concerns with Elon Musk infiltrating our government systems. I want to be absolutely clear: Your personal data shouldn’t be in the hands of an unelected billionaire.

▶️ Stopping Unlawful Access: We’re exploring every legal option to stop this dangerous and unconstitutional overreach.

▶️ Drafting Bills: We’re drafting legislation to stop unauthorized access, improve security, and prevent Trump administration officials from exposing your taxpayer data.

▶️ Launching Investigations: We’re demanding congressional hearings and investigations to understand why Elon Musk was given access to the Treasury.

▶️ Calling for Independent Reviews: We’re calling on the Treasury Inspector General and GAO to immediately investigate potential violations of taxpayer privacy laws.

I’m using every lever I can access to put a stop to this. I’m also calling on the few Republicans left who care about the rule of law, democracy, and Congress’s oversight authority to join Democrats and millions of Americans in opposing this constitutional overreach.
