Friend - The Cook Political Report, one of the most respected campaign handicappers in Washington, just released their 2026 congressional election ratings and they’ve rated Michigan’s 7th District one of just eight Republican seats expected to be toss ups.

That makes my race one of the most important in the country to holding our narrow 4-seat majority in the House, critical to implementing President Trump’s agenda.

Democrats already have me in their sites. The House Majority PAC, founded by Nancy Pelosi and funded by George Soros, has already named me a top target in 2026.

And the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) is actively recruiting a progressive state senator to run against me. She’s been promised millions from the DCCC and Soros-backed entities to enter this race and I need to be prepared.
