His administration’s illegal funding blockade of critical Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Department of Energy (DOE) programs defies the Constitution, multiple federal laws, and a series of recent judicial directives explicitly directing them to resume funding commitments.

Not to mention, it’s making it harder for Americans to get clean air and water and risks driving up energy bills.
