Join our monthly meeting tomorrow at 11 am est. We will have a guest speaker, Peter Fiekowsky, author of Climate Restoration: the only future that will sustain the human race. We will also talk about local policy actions that you can get involved with, and upcoming plans for Earth Week.
While there is a lot going on in Washington DC that is upsetting many of us, it is important that we keep our focus on our mission of Creating Political Will for a Liveable World in the climate policy area. Many of the issues currently happening will have to be resolved through lawsuits through the court system. This is not our strength. Our strength is in local, congressional lobbying, and grassroots organizing. Lets continue with this work.
