Donald Trump and his extreme administration are unfairly demonizing immigrants and attacking vibrant immigrant communities of hard-working people, like those in New York City.

Trump has ordered ICE agents to arrest people at churches, schools, and restaurants with no consideration for the economic or humanitarian impacts of mass deportations – leaving many New Yorkers afraid for their families and neighbors.

And Department of Homeland Security Kristi Noem was even in NYC last week for a photo-op with ICE.

In times like these, New Yorkers need a leader who will defend them.

So where is Mayor Adams?

It’s clear that we cannot trust Mayor Adams to defend New York’s immigrant communities from Trump’s senseless cruelty.
