The Supreme Court ruled that the deadline is June 2

John,

The Montana Supreme Court just ruled that ballots must be received by June 2 at 8PM to count in the primary election.
Drop Off

Your Ballot By

June 2!
The Court reversed an earlier ruling that would have counted ballots postmarked on June 2.

If you have not turned your ballot in yet, I’m recommending from this point forward, you physically drop off your ballot at your county elections office. This will ensure it arrives at your county election office by June 2 at 8PM.

If you’ve already voted, please be sure your friends know about this.

If you plan to vote Monday or on Election Day, drop your ballot off in person. If it’s mailed, your ballot may not arrive in time to be counted.

Please make sure to wear a mask if you drop off your ballot, wash your hands afterward–particularly before touching your phone or other objects you use.

Stay safe, and thank you for supporting my campaign and voting to elect and Attorney General who will fight for us.

-Raph

"Fighter"

Supporting the campaign: Raph is currently working full time to support Governor Bullock. With the outbreak of COVID-19, we’ve cancelled all in-person fundraisers and events. But this election is more important than ever, especially with our access to healthcare on the line. If you want to continue to support our efforts to put a fighter for Montana in the Attorney General’s office, you can do so HERE ([link removed]) .
About Raph: Raph Graybill is Chief Legal Counsel to Governor Steve Bullock. A fifth-generation Montanan from Great Falls, Graybill won a Rhodes Scholarship and graduated from Yale Law School. Graybill beat the Trump Administration in court over dark money, protected our public lands from out-of-state developers, and defended Montana's public schools.

The non-partisan
Cook Political Report ([link removed]) rates Graybill as the top Democratic candidate to win back the Attorney General's office this fall.
