Take Action to Save Health & Humanitarian Aid

Dear Friend,

I'm writing you today to ask for your
help.

The U.S. recently froze critical health and
humanitarian aid programs, threatening the lives and livelihoods of
millions of people and exposing the U.S. to national security threats.
These orders have immediate and dire consequences for the millions of
people who rely on these programs for lifesaving aid.

Without immediate intervention, the ripple
effects of this funding halt will be devastating for Project
HOPE's work.

Children will go without basic medical care,
pregnant women will lose access to essential maternal health care,
people with HIV will go without lifesaving medications, and mental
health support for people displaced by conflict will be cut off. For
the people we serve, these cuts aren't just numbers-they
are life-or-death realities. They are mothers, fathers, and entire
communities who rely on these services to survive.

But in moments of uncertainty, I remind myself
to look to our supporters-compassionate people like you who
stand up for those in need. Your voice matters,
Friend. Please urge
your representatives in Congress to act now to resume U.S. foreign
assistance immediately.

In my 25 years of humanitarian work, I've
seen the strength that comes from people coming together in times of
crisis. So today, I am asking you to be part of that strength and
community of support-and take action for people in need by
calling on Congress to act now to save funding for lifesaving health
and humanitarian aid.

While we navigate this uncertain landscape,
Project HOPE's commitment remains unwavering. Our teams are
responding to devastating wildfires in Southern California, providing
emergency medical services in Ukraine, and delivering healthcare to
children in Gaza who are facing famine-like conditions. Headline after
headline sounds the alarm about disasters and humanitarian crises. It
feels relentless. But I promise you this: we refuse to give up.

Thank you for standing with us.

With gratitude,

Rabih Torbay

Reduced funding means programs-and
lives-are at risk. We need our supporters now more than ever to
ensure critical care continues and that lives are not lost. With your
support, we can remain steadfast in our mission to create a healthier,
more resilient world for all.
