Rep. Liz Thomson, NM House of Representatives, District 24
Liz Thomson (@lizthomsonnm) | Twitter [[link removed]] I realized I wanted to make a bigger difference for our state over 25 years ago. At that time, the services my son with autism needed weren’t available to us here in Albuquerque, and the only way to change that was to be the change I wanted to see. I made a promise to myself, “I’m going to be the voice for people who feel like they don’t have a voice in our Capitol.”
Now more than ever, Emerge New Mexico is working to train Democratic women all across the state to run and win for office. We have come this far because of your efforts and generosity -- but our fight is not finished.
