Why Are Internet Moms So Mean? And Why Do We Still Keep Turning To Them For Help?

If you’re a mom with a phone in the 21st century, odds are you’ve interacted with some mean moms, especially moms of the internet. There are so many reasons for this, notes Alexandra Frost in her piece today, among them: people feel they can hide better and lash out on the internet. "Internet moms are like the internet's unofficial hall monitors, armed with judgment and a sharp eye for a typo or questionable snack choice," says conscious trauma healing expert and influencer Lindsey Kerns in Frost’s piece. "But is it really judgment? Or is it the result of sleep deprivation and the sheer amount of time spent hiding in the bathroom for 'me time'? They've seen it all: the baby food debate, the 'how many apps are you using to track your child's development?' debacle, and the ongoing saga of who has the more Pinterest-worthy diaper bag."

No matter the reason, it’s a THING and Frost goes on a healthy and productive rant about it. I know you’ll find yourself in this piece.
