John, this email is only five sentences long.
The GOP supermajority on the North Carolina Supreme Court has blocked the certification of November’s state supreme court election — in which Democratic candidate, and currently serving Associate Justice, Allison Riggs was declared the winner.
To put it simply, Republicans are attempting to steal a seat on North Carolina’s highest court.
The NDRC is committed to fighting back against anti-democratic power grabs like these in North Carolina and nationwide, but we need folks across the country to know about what Republicans are trying to do.
Will you forward this email to someone (or a few people!) in your life who'd also be outraged by this and can be looped into the work you’re doing with the NDRC? [[link removed]]
