The Rookie Academy is a chance for Novice Racers or anyone that has never tried driving an RC car, to run on the track with their own car, or a loaner car. Skagit County Fairgrounds Foundation 

Formed in 2024, the Skagit County Fairgrounds foundation is a  501(c)3 non profit organization comprised entirely of volunteers from the community who wish to see the Skagit County Fairgrounds flourish for generations to come.
