"I'm Governor Wes Moore of Maryland, and I'm asking for your input."

Hey team, it’s Wes Moore – Governor of the great state of Maryland.

Before I explain the role that Democratic governors like myself are playing amidst the irresponsible leadership we’re seeing in Washington, I have a question for you: What do you want to see Democratic governors focus on this year?

I’m launching a brand new 2025 Priorities Survey to hear directly from grassroots supporters nationwide – and I’m counting on you to represent xxxxxx and be one of the first to respond before midnight.

In times like these, we need clear leadership – and what we have seen from the White House is the opposite. Their actions have created unnecessary confusion, instability for our economy, and fear among Marylanders as well as across the country.

That's why, throughout this chaos, Democratic governors like myself remain clear-headed, steady, and ready to lead – fighting for progress and serving as the last line of defense. We are already taking action to codify our progress into law, protect freedoms, and defend our rights.

- Here in Maryland, we enshrined reproductive freedom into our State Constitution.

- In Illinois, Governor Pritzker is working to codify environmental protections into law

- In Wisconsin, Governor Evers is working to lower prescription drug prices and protect consumers from medication price gouging.

- In Michigan, Governor Whitmer signed 16 bills expanding access to contraception and removing barriers to reproductive care.

And Democratic governors in 20 states – including Maryland – are working with our Attorneys General to sue the Trump administration over their troubling and deeply irresponsible decision to put a freeze on federal funding.

But with so much at stake, and these fights only getting tougher, we need your support.

There are 38 governors’ races on the ballot these next two years, including two critical races this November, and our mission of electing more Democratic governors has never been more essential.

I know that we can pave the way for success in 2025, 2026, and years to come, but we need your input. Feedback from top supporters like you is invaluable for deciding what our top priorities should be, especially as we face so much uncertainty.

So I’m asking you right now: Will you take my Priorities Survey before midnight tonight and share what you think Democratic governors should be focusing on? Your response will help guide us as we work to move our states forward and strengthen our blue firewall.
