Dear Jack,
This week, we witnessed a major victory for womenâs sports and biological reality. President Trump signed the âNo Men in Womenâs Sportsâ Executive Order, fulfilling a key campaign promise to protect female athletes from being forced to compete against biological males. To enforce the Executive Order, President Trump vowed to withhold federal funding from K-12 schools and colleges and universities that violate the Executive Order by allowing transgender males to compete with women in sport. In President Trumpâs own words, this Executive Order sends a clear message: âThe war on womenâs sports is over.â
For years, NC Values has been on the frontlines of this fight ([link removed]) , introducing the bill in 2021 and again in 2023. We led the charge in North Carolina to pass the Fairness in Womenâs Sports Act (H574 & S631), ensuring girls can compete on a level playing field, because denying biological reality and allowing males to compete on female athletic teams undermines basic fairness and safety.
A key moment in that battle was bringing Payton ([link removed]) McNabb before the press and lawmakers to share her heartbreaking storyâa story that highlights the real dangers and injustices of allowing males to compete in female sports. We were the first to give Payton a platform, and her testimony helped lawmakers take action. We also engaged Riley Gaines in the fight for womenâs sports in North Carolina. Her voice, together with Paytonâs, brought clarity and urgency to the fight for womenâs sports. These two brave women have become the top two advocates for this movement in America, and we applaud their courage and determination. President Trump even congratulated them on this big win ([link removed]) !

Now, weâre seeing the impact of our work on a national scale. The NCAA has already vowed to comply with Trumpâs executive order, proving that strong leadership and bold action can reverse the dangerous policies of radical gender ideology. But our fight is far from over.
NC Values is actively working to ensure local school boards follow suit to the latest Executive Orders. On Tuesday, I spoke before the Wake County School Board ([link removed]) , calling on them to bring policies in line with President Trumpâs executive ordersâor risk losing federal funding. Schools should be focused on education, not on woke agendas that reject male and female biological reality, and which undermine parental rights and studentsâ safety.
The battle for truth is happening at every levelânationally, statewide, and locally. We need YOU to stand with us as we continue to fight for pro-life, pro-family, and pro-religious freedom values in North Carolina.
Can we count on your support? Your one-time ([link removed]) or monthly donation ([link removed]) helps us continue this critical workâwhether itâs holding school boards accountable, advancing legislation, or amplifying voices like Payton McNabbâs.

Together, weâre making history. Letâs keep up the fight!
