BREAKING: Rep. Al Green just announced that he will introduce articles of impeachment against President Trump. This is a huge first step, opening the door for Congress to fulfill its constitutional duty to launch an impeachment investigation of Trump for the multiple abuses of power that he has already committed since occupying the office of the presidency again.

“The movement to impeach the president has begun,” Green said. “I rise to announce that I will bring articles of impeachment against the president for dastardly deeds proposed and dastardly deeds done.”

Over 200,000 Americans have already demanded it by adding their name to our Impeach Trump Again petition. Congress must investigate and, if necessary, remove Trump from office.

Green launched his impeachment inquiry on the heels of Trump’s proclamation that the United States would take over the Gaza Strip and “relocate” the Palestinian people. This dangerous abuse of power is just one of nearly a dozen grounds for Congress to initiate an impeachment inquiry.

Trump has already committed impeachable offenses several times over. He engaged in illegal and corrupt actions in his campaign. He has abused his power since day one of his second term. And now, he continues his barrage of threats to commit more unlawful actions.
