It’s Alyse, the Minnesota DFL coordinated campaign director. Here are three things you need to know today: 

1. Governor Walz announced yesterday that the special election in House District 40B will be held on Tuesday, March 11. 
2. This election will decide who controls the Minnesota House. 
3. If we lose this race, Republicans will seize control of the House and start pushing extreme and dangerous policies on the people of Minnesota.

We’re doing everything in our power to prepare for this upcoming election, including reaching out to voters, executing paid and earned media strategies, and investing in data and technology. But we need your help to put boots on the ground in District 40B.
