Democrats,

It’s Malcolm Kenyatta, one of the new vice chairs of the DNC.

Since 2018, I’ve had the honor of being one of the youngest members of the Pennsylvania General Assembly, where I serve the people of North Philly. Now, I am also honored to have the opportunity to reach millions of more voters in my new role.

Let me be honest:

This is a moment for us to choose. This is a moment when young people like me are asking whether or not we're going to inherit a world where we can drink the water and breathe the air.

This is a moment for us to choose. This is a moment where our seniors are asking whether they can access the hard-earned benefits they worked their entire lives for.

This is a moment for us to choose. At this moment my friends, where Black boys like me are being shot down in our streets and are asking if they are going to live to their 21st birthday.

This is a moment for us to choose, my friends.

Are we going to stand up to Trump and his MAGA allies?

Are we going to give in when Republican extremists want to rip away Medicare and Social Security?

Are we going to stand up, Democrats?

Let me tell you what I know: I’m ready to stand up and fight back. I’m ready to usher in generational change. I’m ready to show up in your communities every single day.

If you’re ready to join me, please make a donation to the Democratic National Committee today. Your donation will go a long way in rebuilding our Party for our future and for working families.

We've been tired for too long. We've been sad for too long. In this moment we need to stand together and not give in to the cynicism of those who say we can’t win again. Let’s get to work.

Thank you,

Malcolm
