John,
Every day, we’re seeing disinformation spread throughout our state and country; the spread of knowingly false information.
And it’s not slowing down. The bad actors are only getting more aggressive.
I’ve been leading the charge against false information about our elections, making sure Minnesotans have access to the truth. But we need the resources to keep up.
Disinformation activists have powerful platforms and deep pockets. The only way we fight back is by making sure we have the tools to correct the record.
We need to raise another $10k this week to keep our budget on track. Can you chip in $10 or more today to help us push back against disinformation and protect democracy?

Last week, I spoke to the Associated Press about the important role that the federal government has played in alerting states about disinformation.
We need to know if a foreign adversary is trying to misdirect and mislead Americans on any subject, whether it’s elections, science, or national security.
And yet, the new leadership at the Department of Homeland Security is hinting that it may abandon its anti-disinformation efforts.
This fight is urgent, and we can’t afford to let up. Please consider making a donation this week to continue helping us fight back against disinformation →
Thank you for standing with me.
