We are a little more than halfway through August, and it’s important that we make the most out of this month.
This month began with terrible back-to-back tragedies in Texas and Ohio that shocked the nation and reignited our fight to pass gun safety legislation.
In response, tens of thousands of you have signed our petition calling on Mitch McConnell to take action.
Your support even allowed us to film TV ads that we’ve been running in Kentucky.
Now we have to keep the momentum going, and that’s where you come in:
No matter how long it takes, we can’t lose sight of our goals.
Mitch McConnell will try to stall for as long as he can but every day that he does we lose 100 people to gun violence.
Your support, no matter the amount, ensures that we are able to keep moving forward.
