Last week we shared the news of our crucial role in securing a vital victory for National Parks. This win is incredibly significant as it sends a clear message to public bodies and Government that they must uphold the law or there will be consequences. 

Government announcements indicate we need to work harder to fight for Protected Landscapes. The ability of groups like ours to take judicial review is essential to safeguarding this country’s most cherished natural assets.

As growing pressure mounts on our most cherished landscapes we are working hard to submit complaints, assist in legal cases and lend our voice and expertise where it is needed. We may need to take further legal action but the costs are high, and our legal fighting fund is empty.
