John,
In a press conference with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, President Donald Trump announced plans for the U.S. to "take over" the Gaza Strip while resettling Palestinians elsewhere.
The death toll in Gaza climbs every day. While a temporary truce brought momentary relief, the humanitarian catastrophe still continues to get worse everyday. Ultimately, the violence won’t end unless the U.S. stops arming Israel and starts holding it accountable.
That means we must call for more than a ceasefire. It means ending the blockade strangling Gaza. It means Israel withdrawing from occupied Palestinian territories and halting illegal annexations. It means allowing Palestinian refugees to return home and ensuring reparations for decades of dispossession and war crimes.
The International Court of Justice (ICJ) has already ruled that Israel must prevent genocide, dismantle illegal settlements, and end its apartheid system. But Israel ignores these rulings, confident that U.S. military aid and diplomatic cover will shield it from consequences.
The world is watching. Add your name to demand President Trump and Congress take action: impose an arms embargo, cut U.S. military aid, and push for Palestinian self-determination.
Palestinians deserve the right to live freely, with dignity, in their homeland. The blockade must end. Aid must flow freely. Homes must be rebuilt. Families must be reunited. And Israel must be held accountable for war crimes, not rewarded with billions in military aid.
That’s why the United Nations overwhelmingly backs a resolution demanding an arms embargo and sanctions against Israel until it complies with international law. Yet, the U.S. vetoes accountability at every turn, allowing Netanyahu’s government to continue its devastating assault.
For decades, U.S. leaders have claimed to support a just solution while actively funding occupation and apartheid. That hypocrisy ends when we demand real action. No more blank checks for war. No more silence in the face of genocide. No more delay in fighting for Palestinian human rights.
The movement is growing. Across the U.S. and the world, people are rising up to demand justice. But we need our elected officials to listen.
Join Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib by adding your name to the call for Palestinian self-determination and liberation now.
Together, we can demand an end to U.S. complicity and a future of real justice for Palestine.
