I’ve traveled to all 64 counties of our state to meet people where they are and to hear their concerns affecting them and their communities. Then, I take action—and I won’t stop working until we find a solution.
When I spoke with Sheriff Robert Jackson about the opioid crisis in the San Luis Valley, I fought until I secured over $860 million from Big Pharma for treatment, recovery, and prevention—creating a nationally recognized framework to tackle the issue.
When Coloradans spoke out about unfair housing prices, I took action and sued RealPage, a company that helped landlords drive prices beyond what families could afford, and Greystar, a company that charged illegal and undisclosed “junk fees” to hike up rents.
