Team, the USPS Board of Governors is holding its FIRST meeting of 2025 tomorrow morning! This is critically important, because they alone have the power to fire Postmaster General Louis DeJoy.
And after the House Oversight Committee warned that under DeJoy’s leadership, the USPS is on a path toward either a “government bailout or the end of this great organization as we know it,” it’s long past time for him to go.

FIRST – Trump puppet and Postmaster General Louis DeJoy testified before the Senate and House Oversight Committees. Congressional leaders questioned DeJoy on his 10-year USPS plan, which has caused mail delays, closed hundreds of offices, and led to a $9.5 billion loss in 2024 – despite his promise the USPS would break even.
Sen. Jon Ossoff told DeJoy, “You’re not meeting your financial targets, you’re hemorrhaging cash when you said you'd be making money,” and “If you don't fix it...I don't think you're fit for this job.”
THEN – Donald Trump said he is looking into plans to PRIVATIZE the USPS – which could have MASSIVE ramifications for the shipping industry, supply chains, and thousands of federal employees. Congressional Republicans even came out on record SUPPORTING these plans.
NOW – The USPS Board of Governors is meeting TOMORROW MORNING for their first time in 2025! They must hold him accountable.
