Hi friend --

Jared Kushner has been forced to clarify comments he made to Time magazine, now saying he hasn’t been part of any discussions around delaying the November presidential election.

But that wasn’t his answer when reporters initially asked him about it -- with Trump’s son-in-law first saying he couldn’t guarantee the American public there’d be an election in November.

According to one political commentator, Kushner’s remark displayed “startling arrogance,” and “reveals an utter lack of understanding of his very subordinate role in our democracy.”

But with Trump’s jokes about serving three or four terms in office, it’s all too clear where Kushner gets his ideas from. The Trump Dynasty seems to think they’re above the law -- and based on what congressional Republicans have let them get away with so far, they might be right. Tell us what you think:

Should the Trump administration be held accountable to the law?
