You sent our CTF lawyers to court and forced the Trudeau government to back down from enforcing this undemocratic tax hike until next year. That’s a big victory, but your lawyers will keep fighting until the tax hike is gone forever. In the meantime…

Finance Minister Dominic LeBlanc should permanently end this job-killing tax hike right NOW.

You know it, we know it and you know who else knows it? Everyone with a shot at becoming prime minister.

Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre opposed the capital gains hike from the start.

Chrystia Freeland brought in the tax hike as finance minister, but now she’s against it.

And Liberal leadership candidate Mark Carney just announced he’s against the capital gains tax hike too.

So if Poilievre, Freeland and Carney are all against the capital gains hike, why hasn’t LeBlanc scrapped it completely?

It is going to cost Canadians billions and chase away doctors, tech entrepreneurs and investment.

Plus, on top of the threat of tariffs, this tax hike is causing massive uncertainty and pushing more businesses out of Canada.
