Hoo boy! A whole lot of new polls have been released on North Carolina’s Senate race, John. Some show Democrat Cal Cunningham 5, 7, even 9 points (!) ahead — others show him 1 point or so behind.

While the polls may vary a bit, one thing is for certain: North Carolina has a history of razor-thin elections, and this one will be no different. That means we need your help.

North Carolina’s Senate race is sure to be a squeaker. So while some of the latest polls seem to show our momentum growing, we can’t afford to slow down — everything we do right now will impact the outcome of this race.

Especially after Thom Tillis launched his first TV ad of the general election trying to redefine himself and rewrite his record.

For years, Tillis has shown us that his priority is pleasing Washington Republicans, not working for his constituents. Now, it’s time to do more than replace a bad Senator — it’s time to elect a leader who will be a voice for all North Carolinians.

But Washington Republicans are already planning to spend millions to protect this seat (more than any other Senate race!) so we know even more ads are coming.
