"Department of government efficiency" expected

Workers at the U.S. Department of Labor are organizing a protest ahead of the scheduled meeting between staff of the “department of government efficiency” and Department of Labor management, which is scheduled to take place at 4:00 PM today at the Frances Perkins Building (200 Constitution Ave. NW).

Department of Labor workers are calling on all allies to rally outside the Perkins building today at 3:00 PM. The AFL-CIO will participate in this action.

Elon Musk is an unaccountable billionaire attempting to rig the government for himself. The actions he is undertaking right now threaten all workers in our region and across the country. We refuse to allow this to happen.

TURN OUT today at 3 PM at the U.S. Department of Labor's Frances Perkins Building (200 Constitution Ave. NW) to stop this unconstitutional attempt to grab power.
