For years, the radical Left forced DEI mandates into every corner of government, prioritizing identity politics over qualifications and weakening our institutions.

Instead of hiring the best and brightest, they pushed quotas and lowered standards.

President Trump’s executive order shuts down wasteful DEI offices, eliminates preferential hiring based on race and gender, and restores a true meritocracy where hard work and talent, not woke politics, determine success.
