Today is crossover, where each chamber will vote on the other chamber’s bills, which means we are entering the FINAL STRETCH this session to pass our constitutional amendment to protect abortion in Virginia.
This is only the first step in what will be a long journey to enshrine abortion rights in our state constitution, but every phase is essential. We cannot move on to the next step without first completing the previous, so it’s critical that we stay on top of our game.
