John: in a moment, we're going to ask you to make a $10 contribution to Roy's re-election campaign, but first let us explain why it's so important you chip in today.

Election Day is less than six months away. And in order to invest in our critical digital organizing and advertising programs, we have to raise $50,000 by midnight Sunday.

Donald Trump and national Republican groups have targeted Roy for listening to the science and fighting to keep North Carolinians safe.

It's clear that the progress we've made in North Carolina and the strength of this people-powered campaign is making Republicans nervous. But if we fall short of our fundraising goals, all of our progress will be at risk.

Roy is facing a tough election in November but we won't stop fighting to keep North Carolina on the path to progress! We can't do it without you.

If you're financially able, can Roy and the team count on you to make a contribution of $10 before Sunday at midnight?

Thank you for your support,

Cooper Finance Team

We hope everyone is staying safe during this ongoing health emergency. The Cooper Campaign is now working remotely, and we encourage all those who are able to practice social distancing. We've taken the step of cancelling all in-person fundraising for the time being, making grassroots online outreach and fundraising even more critical than before. Roy and the rest of the team will keep working for a more prosperous, better-educated, and healthy North Carolina, and we hope you will stay with us in this fight.
