Friend — Elon Musk is attacking me. Again.

This time he’s spreading dangerous misinformation, claiming that simply informing people of their constitutional rights is somehow illegal.

Elon Musk and I both immigrated to the US, but clearly only one of us bothered to learn the law.

So let me set the record straight: Immigrants, even undocumented ones, are entitled to certain rights under the constitution. It’s my job as an elected official to make sure people in my district know their rights, and Elon will never stop me from doing that job.

But Elon’s on a power trip right now, consolidating more and more power into his hands despite the fact that he’s never received a single vote or been appointed to any office. He and Trump are working together to enrich themselves and their oligarch friends at America’s expense.

So, I asked you this yesterday when Musk attacked me the first time, and I’m asking today:
