Here's the situation: Donald Trump is in the White House, and the Republican majorities in Congress are green-lighting the very worst parts of his agenda. Trump is making it clear that he’s determined to carry out his dark, dangerous policies, at a rapid pace – so we can't afford to sit back now.

That's why I'm reaching out to you today: According to our records, you're one of the most reliable Democrats in xxxxxx. That means we're going to be leaning on you for on-the-ground, real-time input as we fight back against Trump this year. But we can't do that if our records aren't up-to-date.

Team, will you please update your personal DGA data file ASAP? Confirming your information by tonight's deadline will ensure you're looped in on crucial strategy decisions, focus groups, and more.

I'll be upfront with you about what we're up against: MAGA extremists and deep-pocketed GOP megadonors are already drawing up their plans to break down our blue firewall of Democratic governors this year and in 2026. So if we don't start building a winning strategy right now, Democrats won't be able to keep pace.
