John,

It’s been a sad and chaotic week in Washington – and it’s only getting worse by the day. What’s clear is this: The current state of our nation isn’t just hurting Virginia families and families across the country, it’s undermining the values that make our democracy strong.

We are only two weeks into this new administration, and already, the damage is piling up. Trump threatened to start a trade war with two of Virginia’s largest trading partners, Canada and Mexico. He’s allowed unelected billionaire Elon Musk access to classified information and given him full control to attempt to shut down USAID. And, he’s targeted federal employees who call Virginia home – nonpartisan public servants who have devoted their careers to protecting our communities and keeping Virginia safe.

And throughout all the chaos, Virginia’s Republican leadership — our Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and Attorney General — has stood by Donald Trump no matter the cost. We need a Governor who will always stand up for Virginia and stand up for what’s right.

I need your help to flip this Governor’s seat in November and build out a strong campaign. Will you help us send a strong message that Virginia is not going to accept chaos this November?
