John,

We have witnessed an onslaught against our Constitution this year.

We've seen a federal judge try to be the judge, prosecutor, and jury in the case of former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn. We've seen the Deep State spy on American citizens. Former FBI Director Comey even bragged about it because he could get away with it.

Time and time again we've seen the absolute shredding of the Constitution - in fact, we literally saw House Speaker Pelosi shred the President's State of the Union Address on live TV.

At the ACLJ, we've been dedicated to defending and restoring the Constitution. It's what we do. It's what we've always done.

Our cases have been ripped from the headlines, as we're in federal court in numerous Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) cases against the Deep State - including the FBI and the intelligence community. We have cases going back to the Obama Administration, including unmasking. And we are winning. We're unearthing massive corruption.

Right now, we're preparing our latest FOIA report to Congress; and in the coming days, we'll be exposing even more corruption.

But as we fight in federal court, we need you to stand with us.

Sign Our Petition: Restore the Constitution. Don't Shred It.

Jay Sekulow
ACLJ Chief Counsel
