Friend,
What Governor Kemp has heard from Georgia’s doctors will shock you…
At a recent discussion with medical professionals, one hospital in Northeast Georgia had to shut down its labor and delivery unit — crippled by workforce shortages and sky-high insurance costs.
Doctors across the state are asking themselves how much longer they can keep practicing — fearing they’ll be the next target of baseless, frivolous lawsuits.
Hospitals can’t recruit or retain doctors… especially OB-GYNs and specialists.
Other states offer stronger legal protections, lower insurance costs, and a fairer system for medical professionals.
Right now, 40% of Georgia counties have no maternity care… leaving pregnant mothers without easy access to basic care.
This isn’t just a healthcare issue — it’s a crisis.

SUPPORT GOV. KEMP’S TORT REFORM PLAN
Whether it’s your hospital, local coffee shop, grocery store, or childcare facility… far too many are being burdened with frivolous lawsuits, skyrocketing insurance costs, or no insurance options at all.
And all of those costs get passed down to hardworking Georgians like YOU.
We can’t put a bandaid on this problem. We’ve got to fix the root of the issue.

That’s why Governor Kemp is pushing to pass comprehensive, meaningful and fair tort reform and he needs YOUR help to get the job done.

More than 35 years ago, I started my first business with nothing but a pickup truck and a shovel.
Since taking office as Governor of Georgia in 2019, I’ve put hardworking Georgians and their families first!
We’ve championed legislation to cut taxes for working families, crack down on crime, end human trafficking, reform foster care and adoption, and support our students and educators.
When Georgia became the first state to reopen during the COVID-19 pandemic, I made sure we protected both lives and livelihoods. As a result, we’ve seen historic economic investment, and we’ve continued to lead the way in creating opportunities at every corner of the state.
And we’re not stopping there!
Marty, the girls, and I are working hard to ensure Georgia’s best days are ahead of us.
But, we can’t do it alone. Our accomplishments are only possible with a team of strong grassroots supporters like YOU by my side.

So, today I’m asking for your support in my continued fight to improve the way of life for hardworking families. Will you join me?
Thank you,
Brian Kemp
