Trump might sit in the Oval Office, but Elon Musk is the one pulling the strings.
We saw it when Trump sent that now-infamous email to civil servants pushing them to quit — a carbon copy of the same email Musk sent when he gutted Twitter in 2022. That wasn’t just lazy. It was a signal. Musk is reshaping the federal government in his image, and Trump is letting him.
And it gets worse. Musk has now hijacked the Treasury Department’s payment system and shut down a federal agency.
Every day, Musk controls more and more of our government and national infrastructure. And Trump is more than happy to let it happen.
