John, Donald Trump is aggressively waging his cruel, anti-immigrant agenda across the country as we speak.

Already, we’re seeing ICE conducting raids without warrants in cities across the country after Trump lifted the ban on raids in sensitive places that were previously off-limits like schools, courthouses, and places of worship.

In just the first week of Trump’s second presidency, ICE arrested more than 5,000 people, with over 1,200 arrests in a single day. On multiple occasions, they detained U.S. citizens and members of Native tribal nations as a result of racial profiling.

At the same time, Trump is threatening mass deportations and proposing shipping tens of thousands of immigrants to Guantanamo Bay where they may be indefinitely detained.

In the face of these attacks, everyone should stay informed and know their rights. We wanted to share these resources with you from Justice Democrat Delia Ramirez’s office:
