Donald Trump and his allies are on a mission to dismantle workers’ rights — and they’ve already started.
Trump and Elon are trying to overturn the National Labor Relations Act , which allows workers to unionize, engage in collective bargaining, and protect them from exploitative practices.

Here’s what your state can do right now to protect workers: * Allow striking workers to receive unemployment benefits. When workers go on strike, they take huge financial risks to stand up to corporate greed. Unemployment benefits can give them the support they need to stay on the picket line and win.

* Ban “captive audience” meetings. These meetings force workers to sit through anti-union propaganda from their bosses — on the clock. Studies show these meetings make it harder for workers to organize. States can pass laws to put a stop to this.

* Repeal “right-to-work” laws. These misleading laws weaken unions, increase income inequality, and make it harder for workers to earn fair wages. Rolling them back is critical to protecting union strength.
