As my team has mentioned, fundraising has been down for the past few
months. But in the last couple of weeks, this grassroots team really
stepped up — and we met our January fundraising goal as a result.
Donald Trump has only been in office for two weeks, and already he’s made
it clear that he’s not interested in lowering prices or making life easier
for working people. Instead, he’s focused on enriching his gang of
billionaire friends.
Meeting this goal was critical to rallying the public against the worst of
the MAGA agenda and building our progressive movement, so I couldn’t be
more grateful for your support.
But that was just one of many goals we’ll need to meet in the coming
months if we’re going to take back control of Congress and pass a bold,
populist, working class agenda. And I’m counting on your support to reach
all of them.
